MF3D Folio II Rules

1. I need the email address, postal address and phone number of everyone in the folio.

2. The folio will travel via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It will travel with the Canada Post equivalent while in Canada.

3. When the folio is sent out you need to email folio@reynolds.users.panix.com with the Delivery Confirmation tracking number.

4. When the folio arrives folio@reynolds.users.panix.com is to be emailed with the arrival date.

5. You are not to send the folio until you hear from me that the next person in line is ready to receive it. I will include the correct address to mail the folio to in this confirmation.

6. You may keep the folio for a maximum of two weeks and no longer. Keeping the folio longer than the deadline without the approval of the folio administrator will mean that you will not be in the next loop.

7. I have created a web tracking page so that everyone will know where the folio is. The page is http://www.panix.com/~reynolds/mf3d-folio-ii/tracking.html

8. This folio will continue use a Comments page. Currently entries will be added manually. Please send descriptions and comments separately to folio@reynolds.users.panix.com

9. Comments are optional, but descriptions are required. This makes it possible to keep track of how many slides are in the folio.

10. Being in the folio means that you agree to allow me to harrass you if you hold onto the folio past the deadline. If I do not get the proper emails I intend to start by emailing the people involved and then escalating to phone calls.
