The April 2013 Photo Assignment over at The Digital Story was "Architecture".
This is the second building to occupy this site. The original building was built as New York City Hall, served as the first meeting place for the U.S. Congress after the Revolution, and is the site where George Washington was inaugurated 230 years ago. The current building was a Customs House, and Treasury building, before becoming Federal Hall National Memorial.
