0. Open your complimentary PPP account. As part of your Dedicated Webserver service you receive a complementary PPP account. This account is also known as your Maintenance Account, and it is with this account that you will upload your website to your Dedicated Webserver. Please call our offices at 212-741-4400 x8901 to open this account.

1. Remit payment of setup fees. Before we can order your 56k line from the telco you must send us payment for the panix setup fee and the telco setup fee. If we have not already told you the amount due please contact us at corp-ip@panix.com. Send your payment to:

   Please put your domain name or your customer ID on the check.

2. Sign your contract. You should have received a contract from us. Please sign it and return it to us as soon as possible. If you have not received your contract or if you have any questions about it, please contact us at corp-ip@panix.com

3. Read through and bookmark our list of Frequently Asked Questions about webhosting on Panix. This will help you familiarize yourself with the procedures for accessing your webserver, uploading files, and maintaining your website. The FAQ also contains links to many resources on the web for learning advanced webmastery.
