- Review of client's current program and real estate needs.
- Feasibility study of proposed new or improved facility, including aiding in the decision to buy or lease new property.
- Survey of available properties for lease or sale.
- Assistance and consultation in assembling and managing the project team including brokers, appraisers, architect/engineers and other required personnel.
- Exploration of available sources of financing, including triple tax exempt bonds, and securing financing commitments as required.
- Preparation of budgets for pre-development, consultant, construction, and operation of new or improved facility.
- Preparation of Development Plan for projects sufficient in scope and detail to obtain commitments for financing and funding, and as a guide to organizational decision making.
- Owner's representation during all phases of the construction project to completion.
- Marketing and supervision of leasing and renovations of excess space to other suitable nonprofit tenants.
