DE-PA-MD Tri-State Point (MDP Corner)

Update -- November 30, 2015

According to http://friendsofpawccp-org.doodlekit.com/home/the-tristate-trail, the new 4-mile, looping trail is complete, starting from Arc Corner Road in Pennsylvania (Google map) or White Clay Creek State Park in Delaware (Google Map).

Alternate method, first posted in December 2009

The Delaware/Maryland/Pennsylvania tri-state point is just east of route 896 (there's a Welcome to PA sign coming from Newark, Delaware). We parked at The Wedge restaurant [now closed, parking lot is still there (Google map) 6/2/2015] and walked across 896 onto a dirt path leading to the field, then followed the wheel ruts down to the woods and a wide path down to a small bridge. The marker is just across that bridge. (On the near side of the bridge is a smaller "triangulation" marker which isn't the actual tri-state.)
