Pork And Green Pepper Sandwich

1 thin pork cutlet
green pepper (raw)
mustard
cheese (American or your choice)
whole wheat bread

Fry up the pork cutlet with salt and pepper. While that's cooking, lightly toast the bread, and slice part of the pepper into a few strips.

When the bread is ready, spread some mustard on each slice (I like the old fashioned French mustard, with the whole seeds). Add a piece of cheese, the pork, and the green pepper strips.

Eat up. Yum.
