Pork And Green Pepper Sandwich
1 thin pork cutlet Fry up the pork cutlet with salt and pepper. While that's cooking, lightly toast the bread, and slice part of the pepper into a few strips. When the bread is ready, spread some mustard on each slice (I like the old fashioned French mustard, with the whole seeds). Add a piece of cheese, the pork, and the green pepper strips. Eat up. Yum. |
