Borjomi Trout Farm

There was another sign I didn't get a picture of that
looked like there was a restaurant at the trout farm. So we
walked towards it and saw the guy who runs it and waved at him.
He didn't speak English but we could communicate that
we were interested in trying some trout. So he showed us to a
picnic table in a shelter with a fireplace and we watched him
catch the trout and cook it in minutes. He served us bread,
cheese, jam, vegetables, and wine. Everything was either grown
and made by him or by his neighbors in that tiny village.
Everything was so good! Since there aren't taxis in
that tiny village he even drove us back to Borjomi after the
meal.
