Last day in Georgia :( We left Stepantsminda this morning after enjoying the view from the porch one last time last night. We also said goodbye to the bunny who lives at the Airbnb property. On the way back to Tbilisi we once again were slowed down by a traffic jam of hundreds of sheep on their way to their pastures for the day. We stopped at a mineral spring on the way. As you can guess from the appearance of the fountain, the water had a strong iron taste in addition to the sulfur. So we will stick to bottled mineral water. Back in Tbilisi it's pretty cloudy and rainy today so we are mostly just getting ready for tomorrow. We had to find a covid test and get some things for breakfast since our flight leaves at 7am! |
