Saturday in Borjomi

We have two restaurants here that we've been going to and trying
different traditional Georgian dishes. We had yet another regional
variation of khachapuri, this time the cheese was inside two layers
of thin bread. We usually get some variation of pkhali or a medley
of different kinds. Pkhali is different vegetables blended with
walnuts and herbs. We had more of the chicken cilantro soup and a
different kind of chicken stew (it's not what we ordered so I don't
know what it's called! We try to look for the English translation
of the dish we want on the menu but sometimes there are multiple
dishes called just "chicken" so we have to just guess). We also
had fried quail.
