A summer kitchen over a springhouse was converted in the 1930's to a guesthouse overlooking two of the springs and the stream that feeds the pond. A large Pennsylvania stone ender bank barn and numerous outbuildings complete the farmstead which is walking distance from the historic Yellow House Inn.
