The City of Baltimore is suing Wells Fargo, claiming that, “contending that its lending practices discriminated against black borrowers and led to a wave of foreclosures that has reduced city tax revenues and increased its costs.”

I expect this to be the first of many such suits from local governments taking it on the chin from foreclosures.
