Graham Warwick has the details, but basically, it involves putting wings above the rotors of a tandem rotor helo, and using this to allow the retreating blade to be offloaded, and more generally to allow the rotors to be offloaded, in forward flight.

It appears to me to be basically an attempted end run around Sikorski’s patent on its advancing blade concept, but it;s kind of neat.
