The Cosmos 2441 was launched on July 26, (Paid Subscription Required) and according to this report, it has improved optics taken from the Araks spy sat, and it’s mated to a Resurs DK1 designed to operate at lower altitude, which would improve resolution, currently estimated at around 300mm
