Baltimore City Mayor Sheila Dixon has been indicted on, “12 counts of felony theft, perjury, fraud and misconduct in office.”

Considering the fact that she has been repeatedly reprimanded for granting favors to friends and family by the ethics board, and that she has been under investigation for some time, it was inevitable.
