The cease fire is to be effective at 2:00am Sunday morning local time, or about 4½ hours ago.

Note that Hamas has not signed on, and that soldiers will apparently maintain their positions.

As near as I can tell, at least at this point, the only definitive winner in this cease fire is Benyamin Netanyahu.

Unsurprisingly, it’s a mess.
