Everything looked OK.
I am now looking forward to eating solid food.

I presume you had a colonoscopy? I've had to do the prep four times in the last three years – barium enemas and colon repairs (mine ruptured – now THAT's unpleasant!) require the same prep. If you want tips to make it tolerable for the next time, I'm a pro. Plenty of ice, drinking the prep with a straw, and a better-flavored clear drink (like white grape juice) to chase it help a lot. And really soft TP. The important thing is, you survived it for another ten years.
I chased it with ginger ale, but after the 3rd glass it started tasting bad too, and I went to water.
I was able to flavor my solution (inappropriately called "Go Lytely") with sugar-free lemonade mix – the nurse recommended Crystal Light brand. Of course, I won't drink THAT anymore, but it wasn't terrible, just increasingly metallic. And a swallow of the grape juice covered it, but I really froze my tastebuds, too.
