I’ve been caffeine free for the past month or so, and felt a lot better.
Unfortunately, last night I was Jonesing for some Coca-Cola, and last night I had a couple of cups.
I have felt out of sorts and awful all day.
Back to decaf tomorrow.

I quit caffeine around 10 years ago.
If I just drink a cup or two I will feel out of sorts the next day, enough that I regret drinking it
If I fall off the wagon and drink it for a few days in a row I will get full blown withdrawal symptoms when I quit again. It usually happens two to three days after I quit, and involves 6 to 8 hours of headache, nausea, hot and cold sweats so bad that I have to lay down.
So for me either its a steady diet of caffeine or its cold turkey
