The Dems managed to get 4 ‘Phants to support cloture on extended unemployment benefits, Scott Brown (MA), Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe (ME), and George Voinovich (OH).

I don’t know which 5 Dems were not voting, but my guess is that Byrd, whose health is shaky is one of them.

I should start getting unemployment checks again soon.
