As always, the devil will be in the details.

The MDC will, when counting the MCD Mutambara which gets 3 seats, will get 16 of the 31 seats, and it appears that they will have the portfolios for at least part of the state security apparatus.

I’m still waiting for the other shoe to drop, though.
