The International Criminal Courte at The Hague takes it time, but eventually it dots its “i”s and crosses its “t”s, and it gets the job done.

We should see a genocide indictment against Omar Hassan al-Bashir shortly.

Hopefully the ICC will be more prompt in cases closer to home.
