Mike Ciresi has dropped out of the Democratic nomination race for Senate, which leaves Al Franken in the driver’s seat, as the only other opponent is an obscure college professor (note to Al, so was Wellstone, IIRC).

It looks like Al can focus on the general against, Norm “Capped Teeth” Coleman.
