The FTC has finally gotten off of its duff, and filed an antitrust complaint against Cephalon for payments to generic drug makers not to make a generic version of Provigil.

Unfortunately with the Roberts/Scalito court, I’m pretty sure that at least 4 of the justices are in big pharma’s pocket.
