Enter a New Chinese Tea Phrase
Translation wrongfu (Wrongfu) = not a real Chinese word, but a coinage due to theaneologist Joe Kubera: preparing tea with many short steeps (like gongfu), e.g. reaching one minute only with the fifth steep, but using less leaf than in true gongfu, say one gram per fluid ounce. Some consider this the best way to prepare pu’ercha.
