There is another version of the Rogers Commission Report at NASA KSC. It is better in that is has a table of contents for the portions which are omitted and a copy of the Feynmann appendix, but worse in that it is plain text rather than HTML which is harder for browsers to display well. I think it is slightly more complete than this version (I haven't compared carefully, however).
