Quantum is the worst agency I have ever encountered. They are concerned only with their clients and not with the temps. They insulted my work ethic, which was unfortunate because I enjoyed working for the client they had assigned and the client liked me as well. However, I did not want to continue working with Quantum due to the lack of respect that they had for me. I would definitely not recommend Quantum.
