Comments:
I registered with this agency early 2003. They had lots of glowing
ads in the newspaper and when I met with Liz Crochitto I got an
overall positive impression. The receptionist and rest of the staff
was very helpful. I kept calling weekly, religiously, for over 3
months then was assigned to Alix Bier as Liz was no longer there. I
stopped calling as they didn't ahve any work. Alix called me about
April and gave me a pep talk, telling me about how great my test
results were and that my references checked out very well.
I called the next week to give her my status and she acted like she
didn't know me from Adam and kept asking me to refresh her memory. I
called several more times and she was frazzled, harried and
rushed.
I was continually put on hold and waited for her to come back each
time and I had to repeat my status and what I was looking
for.
They were slow she kept telling me. OK, so much for the pep
talk.
My rating is neutral. They are probably as negatively affected as
other agencies during this recession of 2003.
But the overall rushing when I called left me feeling like this was
useless and I gave up calling them. After a point it doesn't mean
anything and the pep talk sounds hollow in retrospect.
